Vertex also has the option of enlisting the services of private investigators when necessary. The private investigator will contact the debtor to put them on notice they have been retained to perform a pre-trial asset and liability investigation. The debtor will be informed that the investigation may include, but not limited to, contacting their bank(s), landlord(s), vendors or other parties.

If the debtor fails to make payment in full or reasonable payment arrangements that agree with our firm and our client, we can report their delinquency and impact their commercial credit rating. If the debtor is reported, it has the potential to seriously impact their business operations.

We believe it is important to have as much information on the debtors placed with our firm as possible. We will utilize the information our client supplies us with and do additional research utilizing our skip tracing and asset search programs to accomplish this objective.

If you have anyone that can withstand all the pressure of our collection efforts and remain delinquent, we may recommend legal action. With your concurrence, decisive court action will be brought to bear in the debtor’s county by a member of our nationwide network of commercial collection attorneys.

The optional Vertex Pre-Collect Program is an innovative, fixed-fee program designed to allow Vertex clients the ability to take advantage of third party impact with an initial, softer approach for slow paying customers they may feel do not need full collection efforts.

We typically customize our fees for each client depending on the specifics of the portfolio we will be representing for them. Our goal is to help our clients yield the highest return possible.

The Client Access Portal provides our clients with a wealth of resources, giving instant, easy access to their accounts. All client information is highly protected to ensure that files are absolutely secured.
